maya lighting is not happening

Hi,

Does vue xtreme rendering engine supports maya native lighting? My projects are on Vue xtreme 8.0 with
maya2009(64 bit) on windows XP(64 bit). I have checked Vue lighting on standalone vue. It is fantastic.
But the moment I use maya lighting on vue objects it is not happening. Please help me out
